Data Privacy Statement

As a result of the new GDPR legislation we have updated our data privacy statement for the use of this site. Please read and make sure you are happy before signing up to through our portal. The new statement can be found at the following location privacy policy

All suppliers seeking to supply goods, services and/or contracted works to Magna Services Group should use this portal to register their business interest. This will aid Magna Services Group in securing a better understanding of the capabilities of those wishing to work with us.

 

How to Register

Initially you are registering your interest to work with Magna Services Group.

WE ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE THE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE REQUESTER, WHO IS THE PERSON IN MAGNA SERVICES GROUP WHO HAS ASKED YOU TO REGISTER. THIS ALLOWS US TO CONTACT THE REQUESTER TO PROGRESS YOUR REGISTRATION.

If you do not have a requestor within Magna Services Group ltd, please enter the name “Procurement”, and the email address suppliers@magnaservicesgroup.co.uk instead. Your registration will be considered speculative, and so may take a little longer to process.

 

Supplier Evaluation Criteria

If we determine that we have an opportunity for your goods and/or services, we will contact you and ask you to complete a full application.

During the application, you will be asked to attach copies of the policies and certificates you have, and therefore we would advise that you have this information to hand before you start to complete the application. These are some of the documents that we will require:

  1. Insurance certificates or brokers letter,
  2. Licenses,
  3. Accreditation certificates,
  4. Policy documents
  5. Company account information, on company letterhead paper, to include
  6. Company Registration no.
  7. Company VAT number
  8. Bank account details
  9. UTR No / NI Number (for CIS verification)

All suppliers will be evaluated on:

  1. Financial stability;
  2. Statutory requirements;
  3. Industry benchmarking;
  4. Competitiveness;

Acting in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Please note that all information requested within the Magna Services Group sourcing portal is mandatory and your registration will not be completed, unless all information is provided.

 

Portal Usage Notes

The Save buttons on each page DO NOT progress applications. Using this option will not move the process onto Magna Services Group for review or open further sections for completion. The Submit button must be used to move the application onto subsequent stages.

 

Important Information

Please be aware you have full responsibility and ownership of the data you submit prior to Magna Services Group’s evaluation and vetting.

Please be assured that any information you provide will be kept strictly confidential, and used only by Magna Services Group or its subsidiaries.

Registering with Magna Services Group does not constitute a formal trading agreement or the achievement of preferred supplier status. It will not automatically guarantee your company a business opportunity, however, if after reviewing your information, your company achieves the set criteria, we will respond to you if an opportunity or need arises.

Magna Services Group reserves the right to deny vendors access to the site at any time.

For existing suppliers registering and accepting the standard terms and conditions, it is understood that where a formal signed contract already exists, it is the specific contract terms that take precedence over the standard terms detailed here. Where relevant elements are not detailed or are missing from within the contract, the standard terms position would then apply. Appointment to Magna Services Group as a supplier through activity undertaken on the Magna Services Group sourcing portal will require further specific terms agreements to be reached – these will be pertinent and relevant to the category of goods/services tendered. These will be detailed as part of each sourcing process and event activity, highlighted in the relevant tender documents and sections.
